Specialization

Surface Preparation

Proper surface preparation is critical for the success and durability of any coating system. We utilize power tool cleaning and abrasive blasting techniques to prepare surfaces to various SSPC (Society for Protective Coatings) standards, including:

  • SSPC-SP 1 (Solvent Cleaning)
  • SSPC-SP 2 (Hand Tool Cleaning)
  • SSPC-SP 3 (Power Tool Cleaning)
  • SSPC-SP 6 (Commercial Blast Cleaning)
  • SSPC-SP 10 (Near-White Metal Blast Cleaning)
  • SSPC-SP 5 (White Metal Blast Cleaning)

Our team ensures surfaces are adequately profiled to maximize coating adhesion and performance. Whether it’s for automotive manufacturing facilities or pressure vessels, we guarantee a consistent and high-quality surface profile that meets both industry and owner specifications.

Specialization

Abrasive Blasting & Coating for Pressure Vessels

For pressure vessels, our abrasive blasting process removes contaminants, provides and anchor profile, ready for the application of high-performance coatings. We apply various systems depending on the project, including epoxy, polyurethane, and specialized owner-specified coatings that provide resistance to harsh environmental factors such as high temperatures, pressure, and chemical exposure.

Specialization

Paint Application Systems

We offer a wide range of paint application systems to meet specific project needs, from protective coatings for automotive facilities to heavy-duty systems for industrial equipment. Our experienced team ensures the precise application of multi-layer coatings, including primers, intermediate coats, and topcoats, ensuring exceptional durability and performance in demanding environments. Our team has decades of experience working with epoxy floor coatings in different settings.

Specialization

Metalizing

For corrosion protection, we provide metalizing services, where we apply a layer of metallic coating (typically zinc or aluminum) to the prepared surface. This provides superior protection against corrosion, offering a long-lasting solution especially suited for high-risk environments. The metalizing process helps enhance the structural integrity of components such as pressure vessels, increasing their lifespan.

Specialization

Lead Abatement

In compliance with environmental and safety regulations, we also offer lead abatement services for projects that involve the removal of lead-based paints. Our trained professionals use safe and efficient methods to remove and dispose of lead-contaminated materials, ensuring that both the work environment and surrounding areas remain safe and compliant with OSHA and EPA standards.

Specialization

Specialty Coatings - E-Coat Dip Tank

For automotive applications requiring superior corrosion protection and uniform coating, we utilize a cutting-edge e-coat (electrophoretic deposition) dip tank system. E-coating is a highly effective method for applying a durable, corrosion-resistant primer coat, ensuring complete coverage even in complex geometries. The process uses an electrical charge to deposit paint onto the metal surface, providing a uniform, smooth, and durable finish that is highly resistant to corrosion and wear.

E-coating is particularly valuable for automotive parts that are exposed to harsh environmental conditions and require a high level of protection. We offer both black and color options to match specific project needs, and the coatings can be further enhanced with additional topcoats or specialty finishes to meet performance or aesthetic requirements.
